- Use half an hour to one hour per day for the first week and gradually build up to maximum 4 hours a day after 2 weeks. We recommend optimum treatment within 4 hours although boots can be left on longer if so desired we do not recommend boots to be left on longer than 12 hours

- Boots with magnet liners removed can be washed in cool wash.
- Magnet liners can be hand washed in cool water with mild soap
- Rinse thoroughly and dry naturally
